Who are we?

Granted is run by two directors, Alex Chalkley and Jonathan Davis.

Where are we?

We are based in Exmouth, Devon in the South West and our office is a ten minute walk from the beach and the start of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.

What do we do?

Granted was founded to bridge the gap between valuable renewable energy projects and the initial capital outlay needed to get them up and running. Jonathan has managed a renewable energy installation company and is the technical director. Alex has a sales and finance background, and provides the knowledge needed to help clients overcome the cost of renewable energy projects.

How do we work?

We are a small team of experienced and interested people who want to get to know our clients, and make sure the solution we present suits their values and aspirations. To achieve this we offer an initial free of charge face-to-face meeting and site walk-round, from which we put together a proposal which outlines the way forward.

Why do we do it?

The jury is no longer out on climate change, peak oil and energy scarcity. We want to give our clients the information, which enables them to make an informed and financially viable decision on the best way to become more sustainable. We enjoy our work and meet many interesting people.
