Horizon 2020 is the largest EU Research and Innovation programme to date, with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020). It aims to develop more breakthroughs, discoveries and world-firsts by taking great ideas from the lab to the market. Horizon 2020 has been designed to ensure Europe produces world-class science, removes barriers to innovation and makes it easier for the public and private sectors to work together in delivering innovation.
Funding decisions will focus on proposals that drive economic growth and create jobs as well as placing an emphasis on excellent science, industrial leadership and tackling societal challenges.
Horizon 2020 is open to everyone with requirements for each ‘Call’ specific to the desired outcomes. Some calls have two stages: applicants first submit outline proposals which are evaluated to select those that could be developed further into full proposals.
Granted Consultancy will monitor the Horizon 2020 funding opportunities as they become available and will bring to your attention any that we feel suit your company and project needs.
